Newborns dress up as 'Wizard of Oz' characters for film's 80th anniversary

Nurses at Pittsburgh’s West Penn Hospital dressed four newborns in honor of the film's 80th anniversary. These munchkins dressed as "Wizard of Oz" characters will send you over the rainbow. Newborns at Allegheny Health Network's West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh were dressed as the Scarecrow, Tin Man, Cowardly Lion, and Dorothy in honor of the movie that has meant so much to generations of kids and adults.
